Protect Your Reserve

Female Reserve research asks what women can protect, when intervention may matter, and which actions are genuinely supported by evidence.

Our research is focused not only on understanding biological change, but on identifying which capacities may be protected and which actions are supported by meaningful evidence.

What 'Reserve' means

'Reserve' is the capacities a woman has built that she wants to keep — strength, bone, brain, metabolic health, cardiovascular health, energy, mobility, skin, sexual health, independence. It is a guiding concept, not a validated medical score. Female Reserve does not sell a test or a number.

What women want to keep

  • Strength
  • Bone
  • Cognitive function
  • Metabolic health
  • Cardiovascular health
  • Energy
  • Mobility
  • Skin
  • Sexual health
  • Independence

What we examine

Our work examines which factors are modifiable, which interventions are supported by evidence, where timing may matter, and where science is still uncertain. We do not claim to reverse aging, prevent menopause, or offer rejuvenation or hormone optimization.

Evidence over promises

EVIDENCE-BASED

Where evidence is strong, we say so. Where it is probable or emerging, we say that too. Where science is still uncertain, we say so plainly rather than promising more than the evidence supports.
