Female Reserve

Women don't age
in departments.

Female Reserve helps women track how their muscle, strength and physical function change over time, and whether what they do is making a difference.

The problem

Most health checks capture a single moment.

A check-up, a blood test, a fitness class. Each one tells you something about one day. None of them shows how your strength and physical function are changing over months and years, or whether the things you do are making a difference for you.

A snapshot tells you where you are. A trend tells you which way you are going.

What we're building

Starting with muscle and physical function.

Strength and physical function sit behind everyday life: climbing stairs, carrying shopping, getting up from the floor. We are building a simple way to check them regularly, in the same way each time, so you can see your own trend against where you started.

01

Your starting point.

Measured against you, not an average.

02

Regular checks.

The same simple checks, done the same way each time.

03

Your own trend.

See whether what you do is making a difference.

What it is not

Clear about what we don't do.

  • Not a menopause tracker.
  • Not a biological-age score or a health score.
  • Not a diagnosis, a treatment or a medical device.
  • Not a substitute for advice from a clinician.
  • Not a supplement brand.

From the founder

Why Female Reserve exists

Female Reserve began with a simple frustration: women are often asked to understand sleep in one place, hormones in another, strength somewhere else, and symptoms only once they become significant enough to demand attention.

I wanted to ask an earlier question: what is changing, and what may be worth protecting before loss becomes the first signal?
